Where did we come from?
Khun Nong met Mr. Frank in Bangkok in 1991 where Frank was working, and their instant attraction blossomed into a relationship, then marriage and subsequently a family. Soon after they also started their first of what would be many successful business ventures, in the fields of construction, infrastructure and property development.

ASEA PROPERTIES and DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd is the latest addition to an already impressive suite of family companies and it is the foundation behind the La Cerise Guesthouse Pattaya.

Our ambition with the La Cerise Guesthouse is to provide a High Quality arena for those with an Entrepreneurial spirit and that enjoy a healthy sports oriented lifestyle.
